This policy covers information submitted through the Sal Answers demo website.

What we collect

When you request a conversation, we collect the name, business name, phone number, trade, service interest, and text-message preference you provide. The form also records the submission time and IP address. Our website and form are hosted by Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver the service.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to your request, discuss a receptionist demo or website, and manage that follow-up. A form submission does not activate a paid service or subscription. We do not sell your information.

Text messages are optional

If you opt in, you agree to receive text messages about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of requesting a demo or making a purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Questions or removal requests

When our team follows up, you can ask to correct or remove your submitted information, or ask any privacy question. You can also use the request form and enter “Privacy request” in the business-name field so we can follow up about it.
